De Rubeis <em>et al.<\/em> (2014).<\/p>\n<p>Lire le r\u00e9sum\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/articles\/nature13772\">ici<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le cadre de l&#8217;une des plus grandes \u00e9tudes sur l&#8217;exome entier \u00e0 ce jour, les chercheurs ont analys\u00e9 15 480 \u00e9chantillons d&#8217;ADN, dont plus de 3 800 provenant de personnes chez qui on avait diagnostiqu\u00e9 des caract\u00e9ristiques d&#8217;autisme, de d\u00e9ficience intellectuelle, de retard de d\u00e9veloppement et\/ou d&#8217;autres probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9. Les chercheurs ont cherch\u00e9 \u00e0 identifier des causes g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques nouvelles ou non d\u00e9crites de l&#8217;autisme.<\/p>\n<p>Sur les 33 g\u00e8nes modifi\u00e9s chez les enfants autistes, 15 \u00e9taient d\u00e9j\u00e0 associ\u00e9s \u00e0 des caract\u00e9ristiques de l&#8217;autisme et ont \u00e9t\u00e9 bien d\u00e9crits. Onze g\u00e8nes &#8220;plus r\u00e9cents&#8221; ont \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9s : <em>SUV420H1, ADNP, BCL11A, CACNA2D3, CTTNBP2, CDC42BPB, APH1A, GABRB3, NR3C2, SETD5<\/em> et <em>TRIO<\/em>. Cette \u00e9tude apporte la preuve que ces g\u00e8nes sont associ\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#8217;autisme.
