Starting in October, we will be moving all of our annual follow-ups to a new <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">online<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> medical history survey. We hope that this will be more convenient for your schedule and enable more families to contribute medical information to <span class=\"notranslate\">Simons Searchlight<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Why is Medical History important to the <span class=\"notranslate\">Simons Searchlight<\/span> research study?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A person\u2019s medical history contains information that is important for understanding the natural history of a rare disease and how it changes over time.
